Change my language lap top

Hello,
i have bought e new lap top siemens fujitsu which is in italian language.the point is that i dont understand it very well so i want to do it in english as well as i dont want to reformate it .is ther any easy way to change language from italian to english without reformating it.

this is something not complicated to do!
follow this:
go to "start" > "control panel" > "regional and language options" choose the language you want!
these options will be in italian of course but i think you will be able to do it;)

but i didnt asked for changing key board language.my question is about hou to change the langue of operator system if u have any idea about "how to"send it to me
