Hello,




This is Ashok i am fasing one problem with my Internet Explorer
www.onlinesbi.com and www.irctc.co.in sites are not opening in my computer,

please anybody can help me for that...

Hello Ashok,

You need to install flash player to access the mentioned website as well as authentication from the bank.Get the flash player downloaded using the link below:

https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/4613-adobe-flash-player/

Hi,

Thanks for reply. I installed flash player event it is not opening.

actually those two sites are secured sites. But some other secured sites like www.icici.com are opening...

Please go to your Internet options, security and place those sites in the trusted sites zone.

Hello,
I use firefox. I know that my connection is fine, but my firefox screen is blank. The internet explorer screen won't work either - says unable to load page.

All my icons change to Internet Explorer

Hello,

Does any one can help me? I have met a problem, all my icons of the program listed in start menu have change to internet explorer icons. I don't know why. When I opened them, it asked me to save or run. I have know ideas to deal with this problem. Please help!! Thank you in advance.

Have internet connection, browser won't load pages

Hello,

I have internet connection and all my other devices work fine except my PC laptop. Browser won't load any pages. I have made sure that the proxy was unchecked. I have also gone to command prompt and followed the resetlog.txt procedure.

After it, I restarted my computer. Did not get success! Also tried and run after typing resetlog.txt that leads to prompt saying "windows cannot find 'resetlog.txt".

In most of the forum, I was asked to follow resetlog.txt procedure. However, it is not helping me out.

Please help!
