Virus on laptop

Hello,

Get me out of this trouble, I have got a virus on my laptop and it makes the screen appear upside down and also it doesn't show itself when i carry out a virus scan, please help.

Its not a virus ,press on ctrl +alt + up and down arrow keys,more help on Faq:
