Black Samsung screen Closed

Question

Hello, 

I have a samsung phone that opens and closes but i don't know its series... the upper part is its screen and the lower part its buttons. The screen is black and not showing anything now. The keys are glwing light showing that the phone is on. what do i do now?

Dear Sir,

There might be a possibility that the cables connected to the screen for display should be cut and you will have to send it to Repair Shop for having it replaced.
