Thank you
GOTO->

START->ALL PROGRAMS->ACCESSORIES->SYSTEM TOOLS->SYSTEM RESTORE

IN THAT YOU WILL SEE ATLEAST TWO OPTIONS ON RIGHT SIDE i.e

o Restore my computer to an earlier time
o create a restore point

select 1st option and click next

now, you will see a small calendar to left select that date in calendar when your keyboard was working fine .

NOTE : only that date would get selected which u will see in dark colour which matches the day when ur keyboard was fine

now click next and next again .
your pc will shutdown and restart automatically after this
Hope this will work

Thank you, alok999 1

hey if i am not getting pushy then press windows button( which might be between ctrl and alt keys ) plus letter U this might open Windows Vista Ease Of Access dialog box

now change all the shortcut keys or also called hotkeys

if the dialog box appears change the settings or just turn off this ease of access
hey , u r right, actually my windows key was stuck and thats why it was functioning this way.
"U R COMP GENIUS" i guess,
cos WHAT U SUGGESTED was the problem...yes setting of the STICKY KEYS ...something setting i unchecked some boxes....i m not a very comp literate
but while trying myself i did that & it started wrking correctly ...then i came back to this forum to thank alok999 I was amazed becoz
u gave exactly same solution., what had to be done...

actually still 4 keys r not working but after CHANGING THE SETTING IN THE EASE OF ACCESS THE ON SCREEN KEYBOARD IS WORKING PERFECTLY...!

THANKS A TON....

REALLY U HAVE A VERY SOUND KNOWLEDGE ABOUT COMPUTERS...!!!
BLESS U .
