Itunes!

Hello,
So I have a huge problem. First my iphone wouldn't work so I had to switch it in for a new one so I backed up all my applications and music onto my itunes. When I plugged my new phone in it didn't want to load and now I cant access itunes at all. I tried reinstalling it several times and nothing seems to work. How do I get it so I can back up all my information, uninstall itunes and reinstall it?

update When I do try to open itunes a box flashes up and says, Itunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall itunes . Error 7 (windows error 14001).
