AUTORUN.INF AND THE PROCESS ACCESSING IT Closed

Hello, 



the probelm is that i have an autorun.inf in my pendrive. whenever i am attempting to delete it by using ur suggestions such as attrib.... del.. it's saying cannot accesss the file as it is used by another program
so can u plz suggest me a way to delete the autorun.inf along with the process accessing it(if it is not an important system process)...
