Laptop won't connect wirelessly

Hello, My laptop has windows 7 on it and it won't connect to the internet wirelessly. If i plug in the network cable its fine, and I can even unplug the network cable and then the wireless will work. Its like the laptop has trouble finding the inter net. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi dere,
As you have mentioned that the system is not able to connect wirelessly but wired it is working fine. Cold you please tell me that do you see your wirelless name on the system through which you can connect wirelssly?

I can see the wireless name and can even connect to it after using the network cable but not before. And my wifi is turned on.

its seems dat you need to reinstall the wireless drivers on the systen once again
