Asking user for required data

Hi Frens,
I am actually stuck up with lot of manual work, keep spending so many hours doing it.
I actually have a huge data dump, I need to format in a specific manner.
Macro I am looking for should ask the user for the required week no. data,
It should pick that data nd place it on another sheet.
Please see the link below, it shows the tab raw data and another tab saying in required format.

It would be great help if you can help me ith this.
