How to change a cel color Closed

Hello, 

I wonder if You can help me. Is i there a way to make, if row A has numbers between 1 and 15 representing time to make the cell color in excel change to some other after an interval of 5 minutes and if the number  is 0 it stays the same. I am using office 2003.
