how to connect laptop to analog / digital tvClosed

Question

Hello, 

i bought recently a VGA to RCa cable. i want to connect my acer  laptop to normal & digital Lcd tv both.Please can any body tell me the process  clearly. i tried to put the plug in vga & other 3 pins(Red, green, Blue) on the tv front side ( sony hyper - digital  Multi system 21 inches tv),i am not getting any signal or sound.

Hi,

With vga to rca cable there is no way to get sound its for visual only,more help connecting tv and laptop on this link:
