Retriving/ backup the hidden files

Hello,

While scanning my 4GP pendrive for viruses, power goes off completely. I remove the pendrive from the system. The after power resumes, I insert my pendrive for working, I noticed the pendrive does'nt open and ask whether to fromat or not? How could I retrive the stored informations in the pendrive?
