Many times Quick heal stays in the registry. then -
1)start your system in safe mode
2)try to uninstall quick heal from all program if not it uninstall
3)open your root drive go program file then you will find quick heal or cat computer folder then you just delete it
4)then go to search option and type in that option HQ*.*
it will found hqstat.mnt and hqstat.mtl and then delete it .
3) go to regedit - go to- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths then delete ACAPPAA.EXE, SCANNER.EXE & QUICKUP.EXE
Try to Delete files which could not be deleted in Antivirus Plus folder
after that just restart the computer, & your problem is 100% solved
then open registry edit find option type in the option quick heal it will search quick heal entry delete all that entry after it will find
restart your system and start normal mode and then again try to install it.
