Hi,
Try uninstalling the version you're using from Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, then install a new version of Quick Heal.
Right-click on the Quick Heal icon, choose Uninstall. When the uninstallation window appears, select Remove Quick Heal completely.
Once the uninstallation is successfully completed, save the product key and restart your PC. Now, download Quick Heal from here and try installing it again.
