keyboard not communicating with HP laptop Closed

Hello, 

My keyboard is not communicating with laptop. I can sign on with the keyboard. Once in, none of the keys work. Thank you

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.0.19

Hi,

It might be that the circuit board is no more working and you should try an alternative keyboard to see whether it works correctly. If it is the same, then it should be coming from some software conflict problems.
