Laptop Wont get past Boot

Hello,
I'm having trouble with my laptop; this is what I did in order before it stopped working.

I was about to shut down the laptop but I accidently locked the computer but it froze there it kept saying locking computer now or something.
So I pushed down the power button to switch it off. Then when I put it back on I just keep getting the first screen you see that says Acer, I get the option to press f2 for settings but every time I do it freezes at please wait....
Its also making beaping noises and it doesnt stop.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm completely clueless
