Generic win32 process encounterea problem,

Hello,

I have installed winxp sp2 installed windows worm cleaner it closed all ports, but win32 generic error is still showing up, and my broadband gets disconnected after 5 mins i have installed norton antivirus, i have reformated but still problem persists, I have even downloaded patches from microsoft but nothing works, please give me solution
