Computer Reboots itself......Help

Computer in question will boot no problems.............then say its ran for a few hours it will reboot itself and then won't reboot the HD.......is this a heat issue with the HD....... or is it just a CPU heat issue........?? or maybe a motherboard issue and where do I start to solve the problem.?????

Hi,

Dump memory,install ccleaner and disk defrag on system:

Install both and launch after installation,if pc temperature is hotter that usual then follw this Faq:
