Why when my phone rings dows my PC cut out?

Hello,
When I have a call on my landline, or I make a call ,my PC cuts out, I can't get any satisfaction from Sky on this question, am hoping some very kind soul out there has an answer for me, I would be eternally grateful.

Hi,

Is there a splitter after the phone line box ?normally if using phone and internet its on same line and should have no interference in between like when in call on phone and using internet at same time ,request your service provider to send technicians to fix this issue and it has nothing to do with your pc,
