Charging problem

Hello,

can i ask a question ? when I'm going to charge this. The cellphone charger doesn't fit well on it because just a little movement, it will stop charging. I bought a new charger but still the same problem occurs.they say thats there is no problem on the cellphone nor the charger. What should I do . ? please help.

Hi,

Can i know who you mean by ''they''if no the adapter then its the port where you put it the charger which might be moving inside,so use a universal battery chager and a spare battery so that your mobile stays on and do not miss any important call till the mobile phone is fixed properly ,take it to a repair center .
