Want startup repairer to pop up once at start

Hello, there

i am have a dell inspiron 530s Windows vista home basic and i want rebot the computer because windows boot manger keeps on poping up every time i go on the computer . The problem is how to make start up repairer pop up once and then i can do the dell fatury image.

is there any way of doing it
