go to
>start
>control panel
(it has an icon which looks like a screen with a tick)
>regional and language settings
well, i know the name wont help you much here.
(it looks like a globe)
>then seect the language you want
>apply
(it is the third box)
its like this: OK - CANCEL - APPLY
