Virus Gateway netbook lap top. How do I resto

Hello,
my Gateway net book has many virus and I want to know how to do a total restore back to factory settings on it! Thanks.

Hi,

Boot from its recovery cd which you got when it was purchased or you manually created and have the onscreen instructions followed ,You can also refer to this Faq:
