Cant open local disk D

my local disk D has been block..
i can even open it..
when i double click on local disk D it shows
" Window cannot find 'IntelM.exe'. please type the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click Start button, and then click Search."
everytimes i click on the local dick D it will opo out tis...
anyone noe y?
