Hi,

Its simple like saying good morning to your friend,call docomo customer care wish the agent good morning and request for the manual setting/s to activate internet service for your mobile phone ,dont worry its free and nothing is to pay for it except the usage of the service, then connect your mobile phone to pc entering the settings provided by them and create dial up connection ,ready to enjoy now.
