Micromax x500 Qube unable to open messages Solved/Closed

Question

hey i brought this mobile 4 days back, but right now, i am not able to open the message its hangs in opening status saying "Opening". 
Kindly help me

Hi,

You have two options infront of you for this issue,reset mobile phone to default factory settings or send it to repair center for flashing ,try first one by which if its same then opt for the second one which will 100% solve the issue but you will make some loss like phone book contacts and other saved items on phone memory,You can transfer them to memory card as a precaution,
