The issue you have described has often been reported by users owning a levolo laptop as well as by Dell owners.
The problem is strickly electronic and needs hands on repair. Only an in the flesh technician can solve it.
If you your laptop is still under warranty, you are lucky. Nevertheless, I suggest you contact the manufacturer for possible recalls or extended warranty, and I would insist.
