Caddy device??

Hello, I would like to know where I can get a caddy device. My dell stopped working on me after 3 years and my life is on it. I have a new dell and want to get all the information from the old one to the new one. Is this the best way and if so, where can I find one of these at?

check www.tigerdirect.com you should be able to find a USB IDE drive adapter,
