If you had good service which now has degraded, there is nothing wrong with your equipment.
Please contact your service provider and ask for the reason. The problem may reside with the service provider.

Sometimes, the speed of your downloads/uploads depends not on your speed, but the speed of the server you're uploading/downloading to/from. It could just be them, try checking other sites and you can download/upload from/to.
