i think it is cause of virouse and second u lock drive from sofwwere.
(1) go run- type - d: - and hit enter
(2) rigt mouse click on d drive then click on expoler
if virous do this run updated antivirous .if u lock drive by softwere and forget password. remove this softwere by "revounstaler" softwere which we can serch in here (kioskea) . it is free softwere. thanks
