Folder Option Not Appear In Control PanelClosed

Hello,
im having a prolem with folder option.
it does not appear in my control panel.
i guess some virus have to do with it.
how to make it appear again ?

control panel Missing in the start menu and my computer pls solved the method sir

Click on Start - Run - type "gpedit.msc" - user configuration - administrative templetes - control pannel - check the hide option in right hand side - double click on it and set it to not configured or disable.
