Pen drive problem

Hello,
I have a 1GB Pen Drive, I cannot format it successfully because at the end of format it shows pen drive write corupted. I tried it in both Fat & Fat32 system but the result showing the same. Please do advice.

Its ''write protected '' and not write corrupted.To remove this error message kindly follow thew link below with given instructions:
