hello roha, it is very simple in Windows seven , i will tell you how,
first start blue-tooth in laptop
now right click on blue-tooth icon in right hand side of task-bar and select add a device,
start ur cellphone blue-tooth
when laptop will show cell phone connect it ,
now again go to show bluetooth device from bluetooth icon's
ur cellphone will be at there now configure phone as
right click on phone ->dial up networking->slandered modem over blue-tooth modem link,
now dial *99#
done.
if cellphone display message packet data connection etc
then go to packet data setting and add new setting
access point airtelgprs.com for airtel
apn -> airetelgprs.com
