I have a problem in that e-mails from one particular organisation do not end up in my mail box, but someone else's, understandably, to his annoyance. I tried e-mailing him at the address I was given and it landed in my mail box. The difference in our e-mail addresses is a different word before the "@". I have no problem receiving e-mails from other sources (or sending e-mails). Is the problem with the particular organisation I first mentioned? Can any one help please?

what type of mail are you using,exchange, IMAP.POP3
what your email n the other person email address.
