Hello,

..virus infected the laptop .. when mistakenly clicked on that viral file,it caused the laptop to turn off..it turns on again,but the log on window remains totally dark & not accepting any password that was accepted before hand .... how get rid of this problem..??...help ASAP ..please ...

Can you boot in safe mode with networking? We will take it from there to cure the problem.
