Hello,

I have DV5 Laptop But now i am facing some problem with my laptop
when i start the laptop will appear the HP display and i can open also setup
but that laptop will not go the windows only black screen appear .please tell how i can slove this problem

Hello,
Try setting your first boot device as hard disk in the BIOS --> Save the settings and exist from BIOS.
If the problem still exists let me know if you have a Windows XP CD.
