Hello Sourav,
I believe we have some work in front of us because we will have to do manual operations, lots of them. Are you daring and ready to live dangerously?

Ready for this:
1. Open Explorer and in the left pane
2. Go to Application Data
3. Locate office folder and delete it.
4. Scroll down to program file
5. Locate Office folder and delete it.
6. Download, install and run this free (yes, totally free!) scan the registry and delete the items found. (no worry a backup will be created)
https://ccm.net/download/download-13339-eusing-free-registry-cleaner
7. Try to install your new Office software.
If it won't install it will mean that we will have to do more surgery to remove the previous version and the one that may have partially installed.
Good luck

Where is the explorer located?
Well I manage to find a folder named "Application Data" which is located in C:/Windows/system32/config/system profile. and inside this folder there is a folder called "Microsoft". but no "Office" is located here...

One more thing to tell you.I went to the program files and have deleted all the stuffs that were located in "microsoft office" folder in C:/Program files. But still 2 files are not getting deleted. They are named as GROOVEEX.DLL and MSOHEVI.DLL. Error message getting :
"Cannot delete "file name". Access denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."
What to do next?

No, no
Don't touch these files. Please do not delete anything from system32, that would be a killer. I hope you didn't!
To access explorer you must click right on start and left on Explorer. A window with two panes will open.
The application data I am referring to is situation in the left pane, under document and settings/all users/microsoft/office.
If you are not sure about my explanation or have any doubt, stop and ask. Do not risk damaging your system. This is delicate surgery we are doing here.

Please Sourav
I wish you would make an effort on the communications issue. I did not ask you if you had the software. Just install Eusing free and run it, delete all the items that it finds and let me know when you are done.

Thats what I said, I have the software that meant I installed the software in my computer, though forgot to mention that I ran it and installed it. so there were options like "scan registry issue" , "repair registry issue" amd so on... first I scanned the registry issues then as it displayed number of issues I clicked on "repair registry issue". Was the procedure right? or has it any mistake?
