there is not hdd password facility in computer . we can get this message when hdd is damage. if u have warranty period bring it to seller to replace. thanks

Try this 1
Most of the laptops are having the hard disk test option. Look for that option --> Run hard disk test -->
load the default setting --> Set the first boot device as Hard disk --> Save the settings and exit from the BIOS.
Note: After entering into the BIOS, you can find all the instructions at the right side or at the bottom regarding how to make changes.
