Hello,
First, to do a factory settings with your recovery disk, you must have your CD player is first in boot order. To do it, refer to this link below:

Then you just have to insert the first DVD Recovery and reboot your pc, you should get 2 options:
-Start Windows normally.
-Perform a System restore.
You go to the last option and you press enter and now remains is to let the process.
Your computer may restart multiple times. You will then choose your user name, the image used and your password (optional) and your security settings.
A very easy procedure (follow the instruction wizard).
You shall get your PC in the same state as it was when you unboxed it.
