Trouble log in Face book

Hello,
I have account in FB. and i don't know why it happens, i can't access my FB. I have follow sugestions from FB.. such Confirm my identity by adding a mobile number to my account. N because I still not receive a code from FB.. I try another way...
N a have waiting for 5 days... and my account in FB still haven't good. Can you mix may problems and tell me what really happens with MY FB?
