Documents won't open

Hello,

I recently obtained Windows 7 and have Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX on this new computer. I am a member of ancestry.com and find that the census forms will not open on this new computer (they did when I had windows xp). Since I am not a person with limited computer understanding, can anyone, plainly, explain to me what the problem may be and HOW to fix it. What I've found for answers so far are for xp and others, not windows 7.

hello, my daughter has also using windows 7 and we had no problem with adobe download, but here is the link anyway

https://get2.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

please make sure you:
select the correct operating system ( windows 7)
the correct language ( English UK)
the correct version(reader x English UK for windows)
