Software for mac os x that create folders

Hello,
Is there any software for mac os x that create folders using text file context thanks,because i have to create several folders and i do not want to spent much time doing it one by one

it will not let me download limewire onto ma imac computer it is saying i need to creat a folder for it hw do i do that????
