Problem with Gateway portable Media drive

Hello,
I'm having problems with my portable media drive by Gateway. When I insert it into the expansion bay I am unable to access computer on the start menu. Currently i'm running Vista and it does not recognize the drive. It started to happen after I used my portable drive on my work computer (Firewalls, antivirus...LOL I dont know). Please help I have tons of family photos that I want to retrieve from the drive.

maybe you lost the drive.
try to get it from the net and install it again.
