WIndows XP memory card not showing up

Hello,




hi,, can someone help me with this problem..xo frustrated..
my window XP asus laptop can't recognize my SD memorycard.
I can only see the Drive C and D in the my computer..
But the removable disk is not showing up...
Please help me fix this problem.

check your card slot and if you are using a USB card reader, try reinstalling the storage driver from device manager. uninstall the driver and click refresh.

I tried it on my desktop and it works but in my laptop..
It doesn't show anything..
It supposed to be like it appears in the "MY COMPUTER" right?
