How to fix windows explorer with virus

Hello,

I cannot open my hard disk C or D , Data Execution Prevention is appearing
and its pinpointing to Windows Explorer. Kindly advise what steps should I do
to fix the problem..thanks..

Hello,

Try this 1

Click on Start --> Run --> Type sysdm.cpl and press Enter.

"System Properties" window will be opened. Click on the "Advanced" tab.

In "Performance" section --> Click on "Settings" button.

"Performance Options" window will be opened. Click on "Data Execution

Prevention" tab --> Make sure the option "Turn on DEP for essential Windows

programs and services only" is selected.
