Acer Aspire One boot failure

Hello,

I cant get my unit to start up. It shows the first screen with option to intercept the boot up procedure but goes no further and turns to a blank screen. Any suggestions how to fix or what is wrong?

hi,

Well if were you ill try to remove the battery ,drain static energy from it pressing power button and hold it for approximately 1 minute then try to power on again .If no joy then will attempt to restore it to factory settings.
