Mouse and keyboard disable on reboot with cd

Hello,
I have Windows XP. I had to reboot after repair/rebuild. After booting when selecting user the keyboard and mouse donot respond. Unable to proceed further. I have wireless mouse and keyboard. I need help.

Hi ,

Its recommended to use a wired keyboard and mouse as drivers are required to use it .
