can't open locked files Closed

Hello, 



Sir, I am in need of your help. I have locked some files by an application called lock version 4.8.0.0, company KaKasoft, due to virus problems I had to format my computer, but my files was in other drive, now I am not able to unlock it, I've tried several times, the password is correct. Please help me with this problem.

Thank you kristain for your kind help, The suggestion which you provided me was for deleting files. I tried to unlock the file using the software but the software couldn't find any locked folder. I appreciate your help. I was able to recover the files by installing a recovery software. Thank you very much for your quick response to my mail. have a great day.
