Hello,

my laptop is a toshiba brand and it nearly a month after i bought but i got a problem the sound is not working snd it mark x when i double click on it, it tell me that i need to install a device but i do not know how?? can u help me i want to listen to some music

When you click on it, can you tell me the make and model of the sound card ?
