Hard disk partition

Hello,

i have a harddisk for 80gb, with 4 drives of 20gb each. Now i want to merge two drives ie "c" and "d" drive for a 40 gbp partition rest all remaining same.

can i do this without loosing my data.? if yes is there any free software to do this.pls help thanks
